Whether you’re booking for the first time or you’re a seasoned professional, our expert creative team is here to help. Need inspiration? Your dedicated Account Manager will gladly share ideas on how our props can make your event shine.
If you’re organising a large event and want to ensure that your prop selections will suit (and fit) your venue, your Account Manager will be happy to give expert theming advice and help you design a floor plan.
You have several delivery options for your props: self-collection, kerbside delivery, or our full install and derig service. Your Account Manager can guide you through the choices, and you can also visit our logistics page for more details.
Your Account Manager will pull together all of the information that you have requested, send it over to you with a quote and follow up to see if you have any questions. We work on a live booking system, so at this stage we are not able to reserve your props for you.
Your Account Manager will be your single point of contact for any changes to your prop list or timings. Once you’re satisfied, simply sign and return the booking form to reserve your props. Your Account Manager will then confirm your event details via email.
To confirm your booking, a deposit payment of 50% of the total prop spend plus VAT is required. Deposit payments must be made within 7 days from the booking date. The remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to delivery.
A few days before your event, our Logistics team will contact you to confirm your delivery schedule and provide the details of our on-site delivery team for the day.
At EPH, we don’t use disposable bubble wrap or single-use plastics, so your props will be carefully delivered in reusable packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will need to store this packaging during your event; your Account Manager can advise on the required storage space.
Of course, we are always here to help during office hours with any questions you might have. Additionally, for support outside of those hours during your event, we offer a 24/7 hotline staffed by an experienced team member ready to assist you with any queries
After your event, once we’ve collected the props, your Account Manager will give you a quick call to hear how it went, gather your feedback, and assist you in planning your next event!
